Dr. Patricia Fosarelli received her MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a D.Min from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington DC. She currently serves as the Associate Dean at the Ecumenical Institute of Theology where she also teaches practical theology and spirituality. Spiritual disciplines sound hard and unappealing, but they help us grow in our knowledge and love of God. In fact, you might be practicing some already!
