Who We Are

Emmanuel is a neighborhood church, a downtown church, a regional church.  Its people hail about 50/50 from city and suburbs, and are a diverse and spirited lot who come together for worship, friendship, discussion, learning, and fun!  You’ll see families young and old, singles, gay couples … all brought together by the special spirit that is Emmanuel Church in downtown Baltimore.  Oh, and did we mention the music!  Emmanuel is proud to have a long tradition of excellent music, and its 10:30 Sunday morning service features a professional choir and our new Letourneau pipe organ.  Come for the music, all else will fall into place!
